The swimming pool

The swimming pool, heated from 15 May to 15 September, overlooks the river. It is decorated with comfortable deckchairs that invite you to relax. Beach towels are available in your room.

River and private beach

Just a few steps from the pool, you will have direct access to the river from our private beach. In the shade of the large trees, you will be lulled by the gentle lapping of the Tarn. This clear river with its emerald reflections is a real invitation to swim.

Fishing and canoeing

Thanks to a canoe at your disposal, you can navigate on the river in front of the hotel, taking care not to stray too far, as you must go upstream to return! With your fishing license, you can also “tease” the trout directly from the banks of the hotel and take advantage of the quietness of daybreak to test a plethora of nymphs and flies.

Yoga & Relaxation massages

To start the day with good energy, during July and August, a free yoga class will be offered 2 mornings a week in the hotel gardens with Aurélie.

Meet Aurélie on Wednesday and Sunday at 8:45 am, from July 13 to August 27.

Meditation walks in the forest

Aurélie will also accompany you to the forest to practice meditative walking, which provides a beneficial combination of physical exercise and meditation. During this walk, known as the Afghani Walk, she also teaches the Sylvotherapy technique, which will help you discover how trees have a positive effect on the brain and well-being.
