In fine weather, enjoy the terrace overlooking the river

Our chef proposes a tasty and refined cuisine revealing the flavour and authenticity of the best local products.
In his menu, which evolves with the seasons, he uses only fresh, quality products.

Our restaurant is closed on Monday evenings from May to September and all lunches except Sunday.

On Monday evening, local producers invite you to discover their products through a unique menu that they will serve to you themselves.

Talking to them about their passion for their work is a real treat, on all levels.

Capacity being more limited than usual, bookings are essential.

Our half-board offers

We also offer a half-board menu, consisting of a starter, a main dish and a dessert, changed every evening, during a minimum stay of 2 nights.
The formula including the half-board menu and breakfast is proposed at the rate of 49 € per person.
It must be booked in advance and can only be offered to guests dining every night during their stay.

Please do not hesitate to tell our Maître d’hôtel if you have a special diet (vegetarian, gluten-free) so that he can make a suitable suggestion.

Breakfasts

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30 am in the form of a buffet in the restaurant room and on the terrace in fine weather.
Hot drinks are served at the table, and you can then choose from a wide range of fresh and local products (cheese, charcuterie, honeys), homemade products (yoghurts, pastries, scrambled eggs, fruit salad), quality products (squeezed oranges, coffee in capsules) and organic products (apple juice, a wide range of seeds and dried fruits, spreads, jams).
The buffet breakfast costs €20 per person (€16 if you pre-book directly) and €10 per child under 12.

Sports and wellness breakfasts

In collaboration with a dietician, we have developed the ideal sports breakfast to have before your hikes and the wellness breakfast that will help you feel light throughout the day.

The wines

Wine lovers will be delighted with the wine list, which offers more than 300 references, with a special emphasis on regional wines; these are represented as much by their most famous references as by rare pearls unearthed here and there in the corners of the vast Languedoc Roussillon terroir.

The other major wine-producing regions are also present through a selection of their best wines.

In 2022, our wine list was chosen by the magazine «Terre de vins» as the best wine list of traditional restaurants in Occitanie.

The bar

At aperitif and digestive times, you can discover a beautiful cocktail and spirits menu.
A nice plate of local ham sliced at the minute can complete your order.

In the afternoon, we offer a wide range of teas, infusions, and other refreshing drinks to be enjoyed in one of the comfortable lounges on the veranda outside overlooking the river, while enjoying the view of the surrounding countryside, or by the fire in the autumn.

To take wherever you want

Choose from our 3 baskets (Classic, Vegetarian or Gourmet) to take with you on your walks or simply to enjoy on the spot by the river (to be ordered the day before for the next day)

Classic basket (11 €) : Wrap with raw vegetables and chicken – chips – seasonal fruit – water

Vegetarian basket (15 €) : Buddha bowl with quinoa, raw vegetables, and falafel – cereal bread – fresh homemade fruit salad – water

Gourmet Basket (20 €) : Local charcuterie (dry sausage and homemade terrine) – cherry tomatoes – Laguiole cheese – homemade crisps – country bread – chocolate cracker – water
